Acquisition Agent

You will find and onboard new vendors — shops and brands that want to sell on afrikartt.com — and guide them through signing up on the Seller Center. Afrikart gives you leads to work from, and you are free to find your own. You work fully remotely, on your own schedule, from anywhere in the world. How you get paid - When a vendor you bring in subscribes to a paid plan, you keep their first subscription payment. - You then earn commission on that vendor's sales. - Depending on performance, agents typically make $500–$2,000+ a month. How hiring works for this role 1. Apply (10 minutes). The assessment link is emailed to you straight away. 2. Online assessment, about 50 minutes: timed questions, two short written answers, a 60-second video introduction and three spoken answers. No knowledge of Afrikart needed — every question gives you the facts. 3. Pass, and you are accepted: no interview. You receive your Agent Academy invitation. 4. Agent Academy (Team Portal): at least six hours of verified training, a test after every lesson, a final exam and AI vendor simulations. Pass everything and your leads, CRM and commissions are unlocked. Fall short, or stall for 30 days, and the place is closed. 5. First 30 days are a probation: your first leads are reviewed.

- Comfortable talking to shop and brand owners by phone, WhatsApp and email - Clear written and spoken English (other languages a plus) - Reliable internet and a smartphone or laptop - Self-managed: you set your own hours and hit your own targets - Must complete and pass the Agent Academy before receiving leads
