Afrikart connects remarkable products with the people looking for them. That takes careful operations, useful technology, clear communication and teams that take ownership.
Find your placeWork that reaches real people
Every order on Afrikart pays an independent maker or small business. You will see the effect of your work in their sales.
Remote, with clear goals
Most roles are fully remote. You get clear goals, the tools to reach them and a manager who checks in regularly.
Small teams, real ownership
Teams are small, so you own your work from start to finish and your ideas get tried quickly.
Build the marketplace
Technology, merchandising, marketing and operations all shape how customers discover makers. You help decide what we build next.
High standards, clear ownership, shared respect.
Teams work across locations and disciplines, but the expectations are the same everywhere.
Own the outcome
We follow work through, speak up early, and leave the next person with a clear picture.
Look after the customer
Trust comes from accuracy, quick replies and fair decisions.
Respect the craft
We value the skill behind every product and the people who move it forward.
Leave it better
We fix the cause, not just the ticket, so the process gets easier for everyone after us.
Know what comes next.
